Terms and Conditions

Cake prices start at $200 for a 6-inch round cake (minimum size). All cakes are four-layered tall cakes with three layers of filling of your choice and finished with buttercream.

Cake price will depend on the type of style/design you want.

For orders below $250, full payment confirms your order. For orders above $250, a 50% deposit is required and full payment received a week before the pick-up/delivery date. For wedding cakes, full payment is required a month before the wedding date. All payments/deposits made are non-refundable if you decide to cancel. 

Two weeks notice is preferred for all orders and is subject to availability. Please note that orders placed within a weeks notice will be subject to an express surcharge of 10% on the original price of the cake.

For wedding cakes, we ask that you place your order at least two months in advance. 

Cake tasting is available at an extra charge. Please send us a message and we will be happy to provide details on cake tasting.

We love the creative freedom to design and style your cakes. We do not like to copy designs but welcome design ideas to be recreated with slight modifications.

Please advise of any allergies or special requests and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Delivery is available at an extra charge depending on your location. The bakery is located in West Calgary and delivery charges are $30 if the distance is < 15KM or $2/KM if the distance is > 15KM. Delivery is available within Calgary and its surrounding areas only.

Pick-up: Please note that we will not be responsible for any damages made to the cake once it leaves our premises. 

We recommend that cakes be transported on a flat surface (on the floor). Please make sure air conditioning is turned on to prevent melting because our buttercream cakes are very delicate.

Delivery: Please note that we will not be responsible for any damages made to the cake once it has been delivered.

All cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If cakes are refrigerated, please allow 1hr for cakes to come to room temperature before enjoying!

Once cake has been cut, please store in an airtight container before refrigerating to ensure the cake retains its moisture.
